May 3: Flooding Risk Increases- 24 hour Rainfall

In the past 24 hours, more rain has fallen where it is nowhere near needed.
In one area of Kentucky alone, as seen in the graph above, an area received up to 4 inches of rain in 24 hours- and average of 1 inch every 6 hours.
Be careful if you live in the Midwest, and look for The Weather Centre posting Civil Emergency Messages, which will mention evacuations.
